As a mercenary, I personally just hammer them with my sidearm and maul hoping to curse them, but they usually die as soon as I get rage max berserk.

Just EMP TWICE or trice and 2 - 3 heals keeping eM away from heal and using E boost if they crit OF course.

I carry a patient build, and it is enjoyable in competing. I don't have a specific defense or offense since it varies on their style of play. My builds have always been passive instead of aggressive which does take longer, and gets many more losses early as I research, but improves as I make adjustments. I focus on competing over victors. A quality match is more valued, to me, then wins or losses. So I win a little, and I loose a little, but I try my best to compete in all my matches.

Well most of the time I nearly pawn them. Mostly I can make their hp from 80+ to 28 depending on how good the player is since most of them are 33 varium.

They seriously, and I mean 'seriously' shouldn't have released new classes. TaMs are just plain OP, every battle I go to, I loose to TaMs, even lvl 31s. That's how OP they are.
REMOVE reroute and REMOVE hybrid...

Well, if new classes weren't introduced, the focus would be on merc again. Tact is just an upgraded version of merc. Some people might argue that bm is not as good as tech mage, or that ch is not as good as bh, but no one says the same of tact merc since its clear that tact are superior to regular merc.

Anyway, I've seen some ch builds do pretty well against tact merc, then again all those builds came from the same player.

And bm with 5 focus, n deadly aim, plus bloodlust, does well also. (2 vs 2 matches atleast)

its not easy to find a build that could win against tact and everythng else but once you do you your fine.
what i think that people that say that ch and bm aint better then their de-evolved forms is because they havnt took the time to find that build and ended up changing bk 2 their regular class or to tlm.

but thats besides the point.

i have cyber hunter build that works well against tlm as well as an other class. its not an 100% win rate but its around 70% so im happy

hmm you think support build will not be op if the field medic goes +1 every 6 or 5 points when you reach more than 45 or 50 stat points. because i can do 71 + 59+ 60+ heal cus i could go over 100 support and field medic go +1 by 3 . so what you think guys

no stat should boost field medic.

why should a skill that all the classes have benefit 2-3 classes more than the rest. I know their are support blood mages, cyber hunters and regular hunters but they
don't benefit from support like both merc classes do, or even mages. if you want a big heal you should have to invest points in it and pay the increased energy cost.

Well I've been waiting for an anti-tlm uprising as well. [:D]

Well...

As a non varium bh, I've been experimenting builds so far str + sup bh work for me so far but I'm not saying it is seriously effective at owning tlm. Anyway I don't give up in looking for a good build so I've wasted lots of credits but anyway I learn on the mistakes of my build.

the only way to fight a tlm as another class and win you need only 3 things to assure your victory

1. Be a pro with your class
2. make sure the person you're playing is not only a noob, but a bad player as well
3. (most inportant of all) be lucky, can't really win without this one

Im a expert TLM (BM, TM, BH, CH, Merc) killer, and i'm a TLM XDDDD... strategy? very easy... a 99% effective 5 focus build.

For those who are non tlm(including me) we must better not give up or complain. If we loose, the important thing is that we fight bravely and we also learn to accept our defeat.[;)]

@Midnight: I agree, but sometimes it can get a bit disheartening. especially when a fight is close and its the 125+ support that wins through.

I don't easily get disheartened because I mostly asked tlm on what is the main problem of my build and how to make it better. So let's not give up. I remember the time that some players( including me) used the anti support merc build back in gamma. It took us month's and another tip is patience.

well I decided I would play the build I enjoy the most, and if it is weak against support mercs then so be it :)
the other part I find disheartening is the majority of those tac mercs are self important trolls.

We should put it this way before you know it people will say TLM are under powered or BM are way to Over powered Why cant we settle and do this the mods know their jobs and know what to do to make this game a better game for everyone
If they dont know what they are doing than we know what to do :)

Yall mid as well strap in for the long haul. There doing there best to make TaM's keep Reroute and Hybrid which means they will be the OPd class for quite some time. This static FM they have in the works is in no way a fix.

They don't seem to understand that a class specific nerf is needed and not a build specific nerf. All there doing is limiting builds for every other class. The ultimate goal I believe is a completely luck based game for every child to have a chance with nothing but strikes and blocks.

The devs view of "Balance" and the communities expected views of the term are two separate things.

I think they have proven they are now on board with proper balance updates. they just take time.
