@T.600: The most recent Dr. Who resurrection is the 11th generation. The items based off the 11th generation are 11th Physician, That Cool Fez, That Cool Hair, and Sonic Level or Sonic Grappler.

I'm wondering how everyone makes these nice internet drawings. Does anyone know what drawing program to use?

@above: AE uses Adobe Flash programs, something like the most recent CS5, and some other artists use Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop, but Adobe programs are pretty high dollar programs. There are some free programs like GIMP and Sai, or some stock programs like MS Paint. For future reference, the HS Q&A is for HeroSmash related questions, you'll our friends in the Resource Room's Help and Support board will be able to help you with art-related questions.

can rep go down to the next level? say I'm at 200/12500 rank 4 evil and do a quest that takes 500 off of evil will my evil rank fall to 3? or will it just go to 0/12500?

Alex: It's possible they felt it had no place, and it was an ugly map. Bugs galore. It could be reimplemented, but I'm sure there would be changes... I miss the extra dailies, despite this.

Every time I log in I see tons on blue flames. I change to low quality but it doesnt change also it wont go away if I just wait for it I have sat there for 10min+ before and it doesn't stop. If I go to a different room then I also turn into a blue fire and then I can't even kill stuff. How do I fix this???
