I need a PVP Build for destroying people. Suggestions?

@Fish: I'd definitely recommend Stupefacio if you have it. As well as Vampire Bite, and Reality Rend. The trick is to have some stat effects, a healing skill, and a reliable direct attack or two. Used well, you can take down your enemy fast enough to negate many other abilities. I'd also through in an Energy Regen, to be able to keep the battle going when your opponent heals.

So, um, does anyone know the answer to my question regarding the Ride to Fame quest? (I assume people don't tend to look at previous pages so I'll repeat it here: I can't figure out how to complete the Ride to Fame quest in Trader Town (first quest in the second bunch of quests there). I've completed the car driving minigame over and over but it just doesn't register. What do I need to do?)

@Zadier: did you try to clear your cache and restart your browser? If yes, try a different browser

@PallyKnight: To enter the good/evil shops or quests, you have to have rank 3 (or 5, I'm not sure) in the fraction good/evil. Depending on where you are.

@Doom Desirer: Take a look around at the academy. There are plenty of powers

@Doom Desirer: There are a abundant amount of Powers to choose from and It would be most helpful if you could tell us what type of Build you want. (Example: Fire, Ice, Thunder, Radiation, Damage Over Time, Stuns, Quick Kill etc.

@Jan Fanel: I tried both of those suggestions, but it still doesn't work. Might this be a bug or something? Anyone else ever had this problem? I'm just supposed to make it to the end of the minigame, right?

@Zadier: Reaching the end might not be enough. Maybe you need a certain amount of points to proceed. Otherwise I'd report it as a bug.

@Hero/Heroin: Yes, the Ultimate set is still available and I don't really think that they are worth the time. They might become pretty useful, but you can never predict what powers are good to counter the next fight.

Well, I'm looking for no particular build, just something good enough to beat your enemies quick. But I've searched all over, and I haven't found any level 11 builds.

Well as a lvl 11 you can't really expect to beat a good lvl 20 player.

How long should farming to rank 10 Good reputation take? I'm currently at Rank 5, and have completed all storylines.

@Antithesis: It takes very long since there are mostly daily quests for the reputation.

@Doom Desirer: There are no powers for every level. Most powers are going up by 5. So you'd need a few lvl 10 powers until you reach lvl 15

@Tatparkya Anything you bought from the Movieplex in Market Street is perma-rare. Robo Morpher, Sword of Backonus, Lionrah Warrior, or anything like those things...

Most of the fire powers can be found at Liberty. You'll probably just need to try out different combinations for yourself and see what you like.
