Posts Number (Full Version)

I have a question, and I'll ask it by making hypothetical scenario. Say I have already made a total of 500 posts on the forums. I then make a new thread and post another 9 posts in it adding my total number of posts to 510. Then an AK or mod deletes my thread and all of the posts in it. Will my total number of posts go back down to 500 or stay at 510?

It will go back down. On this forum post count doesn't mean much. It's not about the number of posts you have , it's about quality of posts.

No, I know that. I was just wondering because I made a thread in the AQW General Discussion and it got deleted earlier, but my posts count seems around the same.

For as long as I've been on the forum when a post got deleted your number of posts went down. I remember when the forum would be shut down and the staff went through and cleaned it all up and when you logged back in your post count would be a lot lower. I recall at times losing a few thousand here and there. Maybe it's changed now.
