for balance adjustments I wouldnt mind waiting,
But a bunch of requirments aint gonna stop TLMs in the long run.
Maybe if the problem was certain TLM builds, while some are definately a problem the whole class is oped no matter the build therefore requiremnts wont do much apart from switch em over to the oped tank build.
I really hope they think about reshuffling thier skills rather add requiremnts.
Also requirments should never be a solution to balance all they do is restrict builds without solving the problem long run.
they are also gonna damage other classes which is also bad as hybrid and reroute are multi class skills.
Before they damage balance further with this, they should just re shuffle the skills and target the certain problem precisely rather then acting on a braud scale and having many side-effects.
eg. the problem with their heal loop is that they are tank heal looping a possible yet drastic solution would be to remove the "tank part " aka remove their hybrid and in doing so they would become fair in almost all their builds. eg. thier str build wont also be tank, they cant tank heal loop, their tanker build wont be extremely unhitable tank etc.
