Well right now I'm using energy boosters a lot and I don't retrain or anything much so I'm chillin with Merchbot in Fortune City.
Thing is I don't quite understand why there is nowhere that sells them at 24 creds. Merhcbot and Servertron 3000 is the cheapest I can find them which is at 26 creds.
Health boosters can be found at Kraggor and Mirv for 24.
Also Mirv is probably the easiest NPC to get to regardless of where you start if you wish to sell something, retrain, or buy HP boosters. Open map and move two screens.
BRING AN NPC THAT SELLS 24 CRED ENERGY BOOSTS !! :P
