i think frenzy needs a higher energy cost. everything goes to goldslayer as i as a blood mage and former CH had a extremely good ratio against TLM's of any kind except tanks. I didnt work out with my first class, BH against TLM's so well...

I suggest you persuade them to make a public testing server for people who are qualified as "smart and honest" that way you'll get balance changes every week or less and will help test what changes are good.

Suggestions:

Make the following skills unblock-able:

assimilation
static charge
atom smasher
bludgeon
cheap shot
venom strike
frenzy

Reduce/Increase cool-down on:

atom smasher (1 turn)
cheap shot (1 turn [this is a skill many people do not use, and most are not willing to put it above level 3, Its only useful till about level 6]).
berzerker - warm up 2 - cool-down one
heal - warm up 3 turns - cool down 2/3 (not sure)

Skill adjustments

maul:
level 1: ignores 10% of defences, 22% chance to stun.
level 2: ignores 13% of defences, 24% chance to stun.
level 3: ignores 16% of defences, 26% chance to stun.
and so on, Defence ignorance increases my 3% per level, stun chance by 2%.

reflex boost: 18% energy regain, base dex boost increased by 7. Buff on this because a lot of skill unblock-able now.

Shadow arts: Increases block chance by 10% and stun chance 5% (lessens chance to be stunned as well [5%]). At level 10.

Berzerker, double strike, maul, frenzy, bludgeon, cheap shot, and massacre all decrease/break even rage (use the skill at the cost of a bit of rage, break even/gain rage depending on opponents defences).

@goldslayer1, hey man, ik that the str Bh has a very high percentage win, though I feel that it has gone down with the advent of so many TLM. I just want to point out one thing though, the reason that two-turn kill and and 90-95% win ratio for bh is considered Oped is the speed. By winning in 2 turns, whith a build that wins 80 percent of the time is outrageously short time (we're talking like under a minute easily with a totally afk player, and easily under 15 seconds with someone who attcks when it is his turn imedately), and you easily make more wins, which means more gold, more prestege, more rank, more achievements faster. A 90% win rate for the str BH isn't so bad because of the time it takes, 3(if ur really lucky and playing an noob who is 5 lvls below you) to 6 range. It simply takes longer, I forget which mod said this, but it a build was made that was littlerally guaranteed to win, no matter what happened, but it took ten minutes to win a battle, then it's not Oped. I know most people forget this, many of the poeple who have replied to your statments have, but it's the speed win for more wins an hour that makes a build Oped

also- despite you're emotional outbreaks for hating everyone who dares to topple you're pinacle of TLMdom, you're right that another class will take the spot for the most powerful (though certainly not Oped). This will be the blood mage, so go and prepare, while the rest of us find pleasure in staying in the same class and experimenting with it, thus saving ourselves the frustration of "trying to stay on top no matter what because this game is everything"

ur not taking into consideration the risk of maul not stunning.
most of the time fights where u didn't get to stun would last 4-5 rounds.
and if u didn't stun against str BH, then it was over for u because they will kill u on their 4th turn.

str merc at one point was capable of 50 wins an hour on average and 60 if u got real lucky with low lvl players.

str Bh on the other had mostly had a 10%-15% advantage over str merc while being slower by mostly 5 wins.
ur average str Bh would get 45-55.

and i know 55 was possible because even dax got 1305 in a single day as a str BH.
i mean str merc was faster, but u would just loose too much. and if u were playing in reset hours where its mostly high lvls online then u were real screwed with str merc. and would sometimes go from 50 average wins down to 40 and at a low winrate of like 60-75% for that hour. because of its low resistance u were capable of loosing as fast as u won.
and if i remember correctly it was tech mages capable of 2-3 turning str mercs back then.
while tech mages had problems against str BH.

@goldslayer1, you are perfectly right, however, as for the 4-5 turner, those were mostly for when you fought someone on your own lvl (which is more likely in 1v1), while the stuns were brutal, they also had the advantage of ignoring resistance to begin with and were always a major hitter reguardless, and 4-5 turn is what it normally takes for a str BH anyway, it is the fact that there is an above a 50% chance of a 2-turn win without any crits whatsoever, that really put people on edge

but as for the watching out for big pro play times, I always found that the majority of people playing 2-turn-win merc always knew about it too and thus would stick to that build until that time, then retrain until the pros had gone

now all of this isn't trying to put what you have said off, I do agree with what you have said, the problem is that there is still that +80% chance, and that is what tears it for me, and many others, because one of the real major problems was that the real smart players would spam str AND dex, then let their armor bonus cover tech for moderate protection their, but if things ever got too hairy, they would always switch the hybrid armor and still have amazing def and then have really good res too

50% is a bit over exaggerated
with all of the str Bh running around at that time and support mages 2-3 turning str merc it was mostly 2 turn win against lower lvls.

i remember using several builds from the range of 72-84 dex
72 was 24-29 and 84 dex was 28-34
i usually used 82 because i lacked founder and bunny zooka to have higher dex while maintaining the same str lvl as founders with bunny zooka.
