ok, so i have a plan, my plan is to get a whole bunch of video tutorials, and upload hem to my Youtube channel (EpicDuelMegaUpdate). There would be basic tutorials (like how to make a char?, what doesskilldo?, How do i retrain?,...) and more advanced tutorials (How to train aclass?, ...) so what is this topic about? well, i'd love to get your oppinions of this idea, do you like it or not and why, what tutorials you'd like to see, ... discuss this idea, and give me feedback please List of planned and completed Tutorials: Note: Completed Tutorials apear blue, because they are linked to the video - How to create a character and log in - What the buttons do

i think its good but u obviously cant do it alone. and do u think the staff can accept it and put it on their main website for new players to see?

i know i can't do it alone, i already discussed getting help with making the tutorial with deathguard. i'm pretty sure owa wouldn't mind helping either, though i havn't asked yet. If there's a need or even more helpers, i'm pretty sure i'll find them. but keep in mind the more advanced tutorials will take quite som time to complete (like giving a guide on how to train a bunty hunter from level 1 to 34) i don't think they could be placed on the ED homepage as we arn't an AE owned thing, though i'd be pretty cool

@basic well they could say its a fan made tutorial im sure those screenshots aren't theirs either.

yes u should do it and i hope the devs link the vids to the game(like they did to the forging azreal's bane vid) but idk if the devs would link it to the game it be useless if no1 takes a look at the vids. u should also teach the new players what is a npc and how they can kill 15 npcs per hour yes i konw this is a basic info but i did not know bout npc till i reach like lvl 23 and that is wrong. also i think there should a vid on how to save credits and to earn credit fast. i have loads of idea on tutorial vid but sadly i do not know how to make a vid XD. i also been suggesting a tutorial to be made in game since the old forums. i think there is no tutorial in game because the devs want to make the people who made tons of mistake in training/builds of a char to take the easy way out and buy varium. more people making mistake=more money for the devs/AE.

@luna yeah they might take the easy way out but last i checked people dont play the game if they dont know how to play it. i sure aswell wouldn't go play a game where i didn't know how to play it. and i know thats how u start out but u technically dont know how to play until ur at lvl cap

@ gold some people have the will power and stubbornness to play a game even if the sux at it and dun know how to play. then how do ya explain lvl 25 weak players. also how do u explain players which ask for builds in this forums and their items are close to hopeless not gonna name any1 but just see the build request section and u will know wat i mean. btw i made like 4 file before making my main this is called perseverance/never give up attitude. most people have this attitude in them. Also since when reaching the lvl cap makes u know how to play the game. how do u explain lvl 30 noobs back in beta when the cap was lvl 30.

@luna experience of the game mostly comes from battling alot. if ur at lvl cap then u battled alot. and back in beta everyone was basically at the same experience lvl unless u were alpha

This is a great idea, Basicball. But atm i cant think of any ideas on whats more important for u to do in ur tutorials. mhm, i'll get back to u. Im sure that i have tons of ideas. I would really love to make them with u but im a noob in IT and sadly only know how to take Screenshots. xD Anyway, i'll ask my friends and learn how to make a video. Get back to u soon. [:)]

Hey Basicball I think thats a great Idea. There are some video tutorials already made by Xendran on his youtube channel, such as stats and ratings and classes. But he hasn't covered all the possibilities for tutorials. If you want i could help you make some tutorials too.

BasicBall, good news, my computer teacher has offer me some bonus points for the ED blogs, Im on way the first blog, also it is almost done, just adding some more stuff and images. I want to help make tutorials since many lvl cap players helped me back in beta, they were really kind and thanks to them I can survive at least in most battles today, it will help a lot the new epicduelists to understand and be more creative since low levels, also I would make a general blog explaining which kind of builds are used by each starter class. The advanced tutorials should be started, then of covering all the basic features, classes ,weapons, npcs and all that, and it will take more time and dedication since we can't risk that someone gets a wrong info in the tutorial videos, and in the blogs. I would like to explain why I'm doing blogs: As everyone knows, not everyone has a fast internet to charge the videos, there comes the role of the blog, it doesn't requires to charge, and it is written, also I assure you guys that I will check it many times so that no mistake goes on it, here is the current progress: Blog
