Spoiler information regarding location of Copper Tankard:

The Copper Tankard can be found by going through the northwest entrance of Sil; once you get there, go right, then down, then left. Enter the building that you find there, and search through the barrels on the right side of the room. In those barrels you shall find the Copper Tankard.
