This is more of a question which should really be posted in the ED Q&A [;)]
Well as just ordinary players none of us can know exactly how long the achievement will be around for. But this achievement is for NW's birthday which is a 1 day only oportunity, but (again) 1 day would not be long enough for all the players to buy the achievement and buy some varium items from NW's Personal Cache/ Armoury Bot.
So I predict this event should last for about 1 week. More information wil be in the ED DSN's when they get released, the ED Devs usually give us a warning when an seasonal event will be going. Also keep up with the staff twitters to find out more information.
