im sure hybrid works while stunned. i would have noticed the huge damage difference when being stunned or when stunning enemy when i was a tlm

I got my keycard on the 3rd try. HA what now.

There is no luck factor.

I won all my battles, even though I got blocked plenty of times on my gamma bot. That's why I learned and stuck with unblockables (aka Energy Eggzooka and Stun Guns)

I blocked him 3 times or so.

47+64 DEX as well as a +45 Reflex Boost helps. xD

Balance discussions belong in the designated thread. And I'm not sure this can be interpreted as anything other than a balance discussion. I would also suggest adding some details beyond your own anecdotal evidence, as anecdotes are not helpful in balancing things.
