the bug is that you recieved 200 credits instead of 200 tokens, i think they should fix it before the next update why??, im guessing 99% of the players that did that quest is to earn tokens fast for the 11-11-11 achievement which cost 1,111 tokens do u think it should be fix it before the next update or not

i think it should, i really wana get that 11-11-11 cheevo its going to be rare soon

Yea man, I did it days ago. (Saturday) I got 200 credits instead and told my faction-mates (Terranix, Dunk That Oreo, Skillsaw) WTF! Why did I get 200 credits? Refunds? Maybe?

I agree the 200 tokens charfade quest is much faster than winning 200 1vs1 or 100 2vs2

For starters, this topic has been brought up many times on ED GD, so I'm pretty sure the devs are aware of it. What I did personally was to turn in the mission and get the credits. The devs may come up with a new mission that gives 200 tokens to make up for it. After all, this mission may be gone by the next update, no harm finishing it.

I'm puzzled by your rather aggressive stance on the issue. Would you rather have 200 credits and no cheevo, or nothing at all? Many people have already claimed the 200 credits, so somehow, they will have to be paid by, by hook or by crook. Furthermore, you wil have completed 1 more mission, recorded in your character page.

Having said all that, it is entirely your decision whether or not you want to claim it. What I said is plainly from my point of view, and I'm sharing my opinion on the matter (that's the purpose of having a forum right?) and it might not accurately represent what you feel.

^theres alot of people here that dont need credits and im one of them you can get credits anytime but the cheevo is rare like alpha,beta, 1 in a million and etc....

Yes, but from I see, it will be difficult to make the quest repeatable, so the likeliest outcome is a new mission that rewards tokens. If you wish, you could hold onto the mission and not finish it yet, no harm either. Meanwhile, you have 65 hours before the achievement may go rare. It is possible to grind it out. Dont place all your hopes on the mission though. Good luck! You can do it.

Lol dude, whent he update came, I donated all my tokens to the faction without knowing there was a cheevo (2.7k xD) and then I farmed my way back up with the help of only two quests that give a total of 355 tokens, which leaves me with about 1k now. Just farm your way up before update :3
And you know, they're gonna delay the update anyways LOL!

You've already done A Friendly Wager, Stick it to the Man, Trick or Treat and Unsatisfactory, so the missions you have left to do that reward Battle Tokens are:

Boost Juice - 125 Battle Tokens
Chomp! - 250 Battle Tokens
Crackin' Skulls - 200 Battle Tokens
Fish Combo Production - 200 Battle Tokens
Just icing on the cake - 200 Battle Tokens
Rebel Scum - 100 Battle Tokens
Rusted Joints - 125 Battle Tokens

i think it shouldnt be fixed and there should be an other similar one for 200 tokens so it's fair :) or maybe one that we give the fortune city key for 200 tokens :)

If it is a bug the quest should be reseted. Its faster to do random pvp or duel NPCs to get 200 credits
than doing the quest. If its only a typo then the description should be changed.

I spoke with Ashari about it when it came out (last Saturday), and I got reply that there will be refunds, so those who got Credits will get 200 Tokens. Although it isn't 100% sure if everyone will get it as it will be done manually, they can't just refund whole ED community (those who haven't done the quest) and advised to hold back with the mission until fixed on Friday (if you haven't done it yet).

There is no mention anywhere of when exactly the event will end. So far they have been pretty good at mentioning through the design notes and twitter when things will go rare so I'd venture to guess we have some time.

Personally I'm waiting this out to receive the 200 tokens. If it is not fixed then oh well but I'm sure something will be. Maybe they will change the description from 200 battle tokens to credits, who knows.

I have encountered the same problem. Being me, of course I handed it in knowing fully well there was a problem with the mission. Hence, I propose the following:


Don't turn it in. Simple as that.
It's a bug. Will we receive a refund? Extremely unlikely.
At least, as Jeykell pointed out, you got the achievement on your character page.
@below Well, it's unlikely we'll be getting the tokens, so just live with it :/
