Random Fun 12 & G.I.G.A: Umm..they're not bad but they're not good either.

There's just too much stuff all over her. And look at her! She's smiling; yet the background is filled with powerful looking energy. Bring out her characteristics more.

This one is okay, but not good enough for me to take it. The Black Border is kind of iffy on me. I like how you try to match the colors with the purple background. And the flower was a nice touch as well. She has flowers on her outfit so why not?! The background was just too plain and it looks like you just pasted it everything on there with a few tweaks here and there.

Enough with the charades. You guys were saying you guys didn't have anything to do; when you guys could've practiced. So I gave you guys this request as a practice session; as I looked at both of your examples and none of them seem pleasing enough. So I'd say just practice with your art if you guys really don't have anything to do on your free time.
So both sigs are a no, no. I won't take them as they are right now. Feel free to redo them; if not I can understand. I already warned you guys I was hard to please.
Just to give you guys a heads up on what type of signatures I really want to take. Made it myself two months ago, with a whole lot of practice. If you're going to retry it, good luck! If not, that's all right.

G.I.G.A: Great looks better! But I'm thinking you used too much of my sig as a reference. I only meant to show that signature as an example that a signature needs to have a lot of work put into it to make it look better. The pink brush in front of her looks out of place. You also might want to remove all the drop shadows(drop shadows don't really have any use for a signature). And that pink spiky explosion behind her could use a little less opacity(transparency). Other than that, it's 3x better than your first one. Good job! Try editing it with all these comments and I'll see if it's any better. Then I'll consider taking it! Nice job! But there's still room for improvement here.

@Destiny

The only thing I notice that looks remotely like it came from your tag is the render placement, and even that was unintentional. Then again, the render is sort of the main focus, isn't it? I agree with you about the brush in the front; I sort of added it as an afterthought. I'll have to disagree with you about the drop shadows, though. I find they can add accent in certain situations. I will remove them when I edit this again, though, if only to see how it ends up looking.

Random Fun 12: Great job! I like the grungy/sketchy feel of it. Although it doesn't really match a Alisa, you sticked to a type of style, which is a good thing, so you're sigs aren't so randomly made. And you might want to remove the pink fractal in front of her left arm. Anyways great job! I'll be taking that! About tutorials, I learned from quite a lot just reading from them. I'll PM you some of the few I think is worth looking at.
Drakath I'll get on with your request later; buuut I suck at sticking to request because of my artistic side -- I don't like too much restrictions. So I'll tell you now that you won't be getting exactly what you want. Here let me show you what I will consider of your request when making it.

I hate to break it to you, but that's not my problem. I noticed that your sig included links to your twitter alongside the picture I made. That text is considered part of your "sig," so in actuality your sig was much larger than 500 pixels wide. What you can do instead is have the picture link to the stuff that you were putting on the side. If you need help on how to do that, just let me know.
