Let's take a look, shall we?
BTW, I'm putting heals in a separate catagory. Heals arn't exactly defensive, they simply put your HP up.

Chudling Rash: Offence. Deals light dmg, a nice DoT, reduces targets haste

Dum Luck: An odd one. Only buffs player's crit chance, so will work on both attacks and heals. Going for neutral for the moment

Eye Boil: Offensive. Deals medium dmg, a good DoT, reduces target's accuracy

Fashion Sense: Heals small amount, very good DoT, energy regen

Gravity Warp: Kinda neutral really due to equally good defensive and offensive components. Increases player's haste whilst decreases opponent's haste

Ice Barrage: Offensive. Does good dmg, reduces opponent's ice resist

Oblivion Blast: Offensive. Deals good dmg, reduces opponent's physical and shadow dmg

Pandora's Grace: Heals and decreases dmg taken

Pony Charge: Offensive. Offends me greatly. Defensive. Absorbs all dmg taken

Reens' Rampage: Offensive. Deals high dmg and buff player's physical dmg greatly

Shadow Slice: Don't know as I don't have it yet, and no-one uses it [:(] Going by the skill description, it would be offensive for lowering multiple of the opponent's stats

Toreado: Defensive. Increases player's dodge and haste

Yergenism: Another odd one. Increases both player and opponent's dmg, but leans much more towards offensive then defensive.

That is my take on things. Leave comments down below or make your own video reply to show your ideas.

lol im going to leave my two cents on blanks comment

chudling rash..is a hybrid skill both defensive and offensive due to the haste reducion effects and the long range the DoT which could be overly buffed the semily low cooldown

dum luck is offense becuase it increase the crit chance by so much....it isnt a smooth skill its macanaca (sprry for that bad spelling in short means ridget ) only last a very short time and the cooldown is very near 30 secs

eye boild is again hybrid...it lowers hit rate by a lil stalling mildly for a short time...long range and leaves a dot and if you the type to abuse the coden error it can do 200s easyly with DoTs with a simple buff

fasion sense is a defense type prolonging your hp and given you mana to activate other skills wither they offcens or def

warp...another hybrid skill could i think its clear why its hybrid

lol ice barage is a clear offsenive skill

oblivon blast is another hybrid dealing mid damge while as blank states lowering shadow and melee by quiet a bit

pandra...i think its obv what type this skill is...def 8D
pony is another hybrid its clear why dont need to explain

reens is pure attack .-.

lol shadow slice i enjoy this skill a lot and use it when i can actuly its a very defisve skill with a lil less attack power doing around 130-160s for me lowering hit rate evasion attack power and somen else i cant recall as im not online in game as of now by a lovely 35%


dont need to explain tornado as it seems clear ppl know it

yergin is a wild card for increasen the foes damge output and you own

Chudling Rash: Good haste move, Reduces dot and sowers down your opponents haste

Dum Luck:Deals high dmg, Should have a good high dmg attacking move with it

Eye boil:long range,dose dot for around 15 seconds,Good for royal

Fashion Sense:Heals and gives back your energy in a normal speed,25 second cool down

Gravity Warp: Breaks through any haste moves and make your opponent haste slower for 6 seconds.

Ice Barrage:A quick ice attack dose around 100-147,2 second cool down

Oblivion Blast:Deals good poison dmg and also reduces opponent's physical and shadow dmg

Pandora's Grace:Heals a masive amount and also lowers your opponents physical attack by 60% for 10 seconds.

Pony Charge:High dmg move heals you 1/2 dmg your opponent dose to you?!?

Reens' Rampage:Deals with high dmg/around 240. your size would be x2 and your dmg would increase by x2.

Shadow Slice:A solid skill reduces not get hit by 35%!

Toreado:Makes your opponents miss you by 90% and also increases your haste for 6 seconds.

Yergenism:Deals High dmg with all of your skills.

Fire lash doesn't actually Nerf all your haste, it just shows that it does and looks like it raises your cooldowns, but you can actually click your powers when you normally would be able too, before it looks like it has finished coolig down.

im going to correct your statments .-. please dont be imposive about it as try to leave the opinens about powers to a low

dum luck dose not do damge...it just increases crit chance through a self buff

chudlings dose not reduce DoT of anykind...ill leave the spelling error in that statement alone

again eye boil lowers hit rate by some 20-30%

warp lasts 10 secs not 6..says so in the pvp balance thread first comment by dumoos and counted with a stop watch by me .-.

reens rampafe increases your size by 4 times and increases damge by 60%

shadow slice has many effects and all are effected by the number 35% which inluce hit rate,attack power, evasion of the foe is lowered

tornado again just like warp lasts 10 secs... and last but not least yerrgin increases your foes damge by 10%

Still pressing for the 3vs3 queue to be put back the way it used to be, like how the Power defense queue works. I'm really tired of waiting for all 6 people to join, and then having to start that all over again because 1 person didn't show up.

I think it's time we re-add the haste buff on Ice Barrage. It was appropriate back when there weren't many haste/damage debuffs but now there are tons that are widely used.

On that note, fix Fire Lash pl0x.

Really? You know what would balance PvP the most? an end to the Game stopping lag, where no one can attack, and no one gains points.


It's hard enough queueing a game, it doesn't help that I can never finish one either.

Got to agree with Night on this. So much so, I bought Gore and did some testing! XD

I took four lvl20 DoT based skills and had a look at their dmg output to try and find out why Gore needs to be changed. The upshot is, it's DPS is rrrrrrrubbish! AD/CD stands for Average Dmg/Cooldown time, and it was by that number from which I gauged the potential dmg each skills does over time.

NUMBERS IN YO FACE!!!!!!

Gore 69en 60sec: initial hit + 9~10 tick DoT
18, 17, 20, 17, 17, 21, 18, 20, 18, 18, 21, 19, 20, 20, 20, 20, 18, 19, 20, 18, 18, 20, 20, 18, 19 ~> (17;21) => 19

As you can see, Gore has 2 numbers for AD/CD. There is a very good reason for this. Due to the DoT lasting 20 secs, yet the tick timer is every 2 secs, so there is a chance for it to lag even slightly on the first tick and result in only 9 ticks occuring, not the full 10. Not cool when ever tick is over 50 dmg.

Either way, Gore is clearly behind all the other skills by a significant margin:
Darkness has over double the dmg, an addition debuff to BtH, and due to the cooldown is effectively perpetual.
Fire Lash has around double the dmg (depending if Gore hits for 9 or 10 ticks) and a haste debuff component.
Plasma Net has just over Gore's dmg, but a large part of the skill is the very powerful BtH debuff, so I'd still rate it much higher then Gore.

As Gore has no extra component to it, all it has is it's dmg, which sucks compared to other lvl20 DoT skills. 2 of the ones compared are of the same "calibre" as Gore, with all 3 coming from the super powers PvP shop, but Gore just doesn't compare to any of the previously mentioned.

My suggestion is to have Gore's cooldown reduced to 30 secs and have the DoT duration set to 21 secs. The duration timer is obvious so to make sure it has 10 ticks not 9, but the cooldown reduction would put the AD/CD up from 9.65 to 19.3, something more in line with what similar skills are like, in terms of dmg.

In my opinion dodgy powers like Toreado and Plasma Net are very overpowered. People seem to think that you're cheap if you use ...of powers, but even those only protect you against one element. And even then they only protect you against damage, not extra effects. Dodgy powers protect you from everything.

There are so many ways to counter that sir night. Be it ice, fire or mental I'm sure they're among the few if you have some disable debuffs to prevent them using toreado and plasma. Also speaking of this gave me lots of idea for a good build counters.

There are things you can do to counter them, such as slowing down their haste. But if that means that they aren't overpowered then nothing can be overpowered because there's a way to counter everything.

Plasma net isn't overpowered, it only lasts for 6 seconds and has a 25 sec cooldown. Chudling rash however, is overpowered. It's loopable, has a good DoT, reduces opp haste by a lot, AND drains mana!

61 energy, 12 sec cooldown
10 sec DoT, 5 tick, ~51 per tick
10 sec En-DoT, 5 tick, 13 per tick
10 sec ~33% Haste debuff

Chudling Rash is pretty ridiculous at this point. There's a reason every player uses it...

Its cooldown is too short for its effect, or it needs to have a smaller haste debuff. As it is right now, it's pretty much the "OP" power out there, alongside Plasma Net. Those two powers pretty much run PvP.
