Got to agree with Night on this. So much so, I bought Gore and did some testing! XD I took four lvl20 DoT based skills and had a look at their dmg output to try and find out why Gore needs to be changed. The upshot is, it's DPS is rrrrrrrubbish! AD/CD stands for Average Dmg/Cooldown time, and it was by that number from which I gauged the potential dmg each skills does over time. NUMBERS IN YO FACE!!!!!! There is a very good reason for this. Due to the DoT lasting 20 secs, yet the tick timer is every 2 secs, so there is a chance for it to lag even slightly on the first tick and result in only 9 ticks occuring, not the full 10. Not cool when ever tick is over 50 dmg. Either way, Gore is clearly behind all the other skills by a significant margin: Darkness has over double the dmg, an addition debuff to BtH, and due to the cooldown is effectively perpetual. Fire Lash has around double the dmg (depending if Gore hits for 9 or 10 ticks) and a haste debuff component. Plasma Net has just over Gore's dmg, but a large part of the skill is the very powerful BtH debuff, so I'd still rate it much higher then Gore. As Gore has no extra component to it, all it has is it's dmg, which sucks compared to other lvl20 DoT skills. 2 of the ones compared are of the same "calibre" as Gore, with all 3 coming from the super powers PvP shop, but Gore just doesn't compare to any of the previously mentioned. My suggestion is to have Gore's cooldown reduced to 30 secs and have the DoT duration set to 21 secs. The duration timer is obvious so to make sure it has 10 ticks not 9, but the cooldown reduction would put the AD/CD up from 9.65 to 19.3, something more in line with what similar skills are like, in terms of dmg.
