Here is where you can post your War Stories and Poems. Have fun and please...PLEASE remember the rules in both AE forums and my own L&L rules. A couple of rules to make this easiest to read. 1) One post per person. If you have an ongoing story, please just edit your post to continue it. Day 1 I heard it in the distance. It was a sound not heard for many years. A sound bringing dread to many: but to me it brought a great wave of anticipation. Far off could be heard a roars of a large thunder of dragons flying to battle. I rode swiftly to gramemor, staying only to eat, and then on to battleon. Yulgar informed me that the Guardian Dragon had joined together a large force of dragons. I was awestruck. I refused to believe that the dragon who had many a time come to my aid would turn on us. I went to find Galanoth to see what he thought. But he was already leading a charge. So i quickly set up my tent. Afterward i put on my chest plate, tighten my grieves, and armed myself with my newly aquired double bladed steel staff. I conjured a chariot of fire and rode into battle. Day 2 I saw the fire in their eyes. My personal army was ready. The fire in their eyes ignited into great flames as i bellowed a great war cry leading them into battle. As they fought the vartai and earth dragons on ground, I used scalerot, dragonbane blast, and a secret poison scroll to deal death to the serpents who chose to try and assail my men from above. Day 3 I met back at camp with Galanoth. He sent me one a special mission to retrieve his newly foraged weapons from dragonstone. I found them guarded by the eight essences of the of the elemental dragons. The foolish animals though that they would keep them from those of battleon. The first i slew with a stab through the heart. The second lunged toward my leg but my staff caught it in the skull. The next four were dumb enough to fly at me from a bove at once. A cast two spells one causing an inferno to distract them as sword of pure light sliced them to pieces. The last two were smarter but not smart enough. They came at me from both sides i cast a spell infecting the left one with a ravenous posion as i dove under the right one stabbing it through the stomach. I retreived the weapons and armed myself with a new dragonband infused staff. Now we had true weapons to kill these dragons

I searched I fought I over-came with my own blade in hand I went to seek the Blade that leaves the dragons quake Each Massive dragon Did make me weak but my eternal search I did not break dragon after dragon did i face questing for the sword in a stone each titan did I vanquish in my race till I found the blade i could borrow on loan finding the wonder after the last fight had done I took to the dragons lair, where it had slept I stood a champion bar none behold, I am the dragonslayer Bigpepp

Kinzvlle sat in his estate meditating! He used a combination of magic and meditation to connect himself with the magical auras surrounding Lore. He felt a disturbance in one of the auras. He could not tell once one at first. He concertinaed his magic really hard then a image flashed in his mind. The image of a dragon. He could tell that some one had broken a spell surrounding a certain dragon he could not tell which one. His eyes shot open and muttered only 2 words before garbing his newly aquired double bladed steel staff. "DRAGON WAR!" On his way to Battleon he saw meany dragons attacking random villages and people. Like they were filled with anger. When he reached Battleon we was briefed on the situation was sent off to the battlefield!

DRAKONNAX AND THE FUSION DRAGONS I heard them coming. The sound of their wheels rolling. Their roars in the distance. I knew they had come for me. The FUSION DRAGONS had come. Whipping out the Blade of Awe, I raised it over my head. "SPIRAL CARVE!!!" The Blade flew out of my hand. I could hear it slice through flesh and shield. The roars of pain. The satisfying thump as their bodies hit the ground. I do not enjoy killing dragons. But this time, I was willing to make an exception. They had taken my brother. I was adopted into Cyrus's family after ... an unfortunate incident. As such, I considered him, Gaspar, Xerxes, and Shiela my siblings, even if I was not a Vartai myself. But now Gaspar had been kidnapped. And nobody, and I mean NOBODY, takes my brother from me and gets away with it. Especially not someone I had trusted for years. I played the special whistle Draschemus had given me. Beating wings sounded in the distance. The Fire Dragon landed. A few seconds later, it took off again, this time with me on board. I found the cave hours later. Then I saw Gaspar hanging from the ceiling. "D...Drakonnax?" "Hold on, brother. I'm going to get you down." "I THINK NOT!" Then SHE walked in. Long, flowing hair... deceitful, yet lovely eyes... a familiar blade and shield in her hands. "Kessendra." "That's my name, freak. Don't wear it out." "You may have unlocked the flesh-melding secrets of the Doom Armor, but even those new toys of yours can't stop THIS!!!" I raised the sword over my head and spoke the incantation. "Fire... Ice... Earth... Wind... Energy... Water... Light... and Darkness... may the one who transcends your powers appear before me!!!" The Elemental Ring appeared. "POWER..." It rose into the air. "WORD..." A golden beam shot out from the center and into the ground. "DIIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Then, from the middle of Nowhere, he rose, scythe in hand. With an ominous chuckle, he spoke the fatal phrase. "PREPARE THYSELF FOR OBLIVION!!!!!" And then he struck. I did not see what happened. All I know is, I heard his scythe slice the air, then shield, then armor, and then... The light cleared, and she was gone. The Fusion items laid on the ground. I thrust my Blade into the earth, and picked them up. They felt... good... in my hands. Then I leaped up sharply, and the chains fell to the ground, as did my brother. He fell, gasping and wheezing. When he looked up, I was there, handing him the Gasparian. "Let's go home, brother." END
