Argeus the Paladin -> (HS) AAR: I Am Skantarios! Discussion of the Roman Legend (11/26/2011 3:47:19)

So I finally gave in to the temptation of creating and playing a HS character. And here we have it. Behold, the tale of Skantarios the Younger,
First of all, let me remind all of you that I am not the creator of the character I am playing. Skantarios Laskaris originally hailed from "I Am Skantarios - Rebirth of the Roman Empire", one of the best AARs on Total War Center that everyone should go read - Google is your friend. Though, that's neither here nor there. What matters is that this character of mine is merely inspired from the aforementioned AAR's grandeur, both in character and out, and my only goal is to create a proper homage to one of the greatest AAR legends of the Total War forum up there.
Since it's been a long time since I'd last played a proper AE games, my understanding of the backstory might be slightly shaky at best. Please bear with me, and correct me where I am lacking.
With that being said and done, I hope you'd enjoy reading this as much as I enjoyed writing it!
