You can submit avatars as many times as you want, though I do request that if you have several that you want to send in a short period of time, you consolidate them. For example, I'd much prefer to get one PM with 5 avatars then 5 PMs over 5 days with 1 avatar each.
If you've submitted avatars and don't see them uploaded, there are a few things that may have happened:
1) You submitted an avatar that couldn't be uploaded because it was either too big or of the wrong file type. I get a lot of over 10K avatars or .png files, and can't use either of them
2) You hosted it on a site I can't get access to. If I follow the link you send me and get asked for a name and password, I can't get to your avatar
3) You asked me to upload a personal avatar to your profile. Avatar submission to me is only for generic avatars that can go into out public avatar folders
4) You didn't specify what the avatar is from, and I put it somewhere you're not expecting. For example, if you thought it would go in "AQW NPCs" and I put it in "AQW Characters"
The avatar upload method involves me downloading the avatars that are PMed to me to my computer, and then uploading them back to the forum. When I download avatars I sort all the avatars into folders based on which game they are for... which means that once I download them I no longer know who sent me what. As such, I can't tell you for sure if your avatar was uploaded or not... but if you're sure you followed the posted avatar submission guidelines and the 4 things I mentioned above don't apply, then it should be there somewhere.
IF you have sent avatars and don't see them, and it's been a while, you can always PM me and ask. In your specific case, you may want to check the avatars you sent me and re-send them... I do keep track of the PMs I receive with avatar submissions and I didn't see one from you, which means I may have overlooked or misplaced it.
