However, I don't remember any AQW updates that were postponed for a week/s because of bugs. Releases are always on schedule and if critical bugs occur, they are usually corrected within minutes from the update.

Speaking about lag, everything in EpicDuel loads slowly - from character screen to inventory and shops, whereas in AQW they all open almost instantly.

Let's be honest and mention also the missing turns in ED, and occasional freezes when opening the opponent's character screen in battle. These have been issues for months and I don't know if they are fixed right now.

Technically, I can't say that one is more solid or stable than the other. It is the "what you get for the money you pay" that makes the difference.

What does Aqw have that Ed dont have Where to begin...
-Cheap, meaningless enhancements
-an easily attainable major currency
-more players
-Larger team
-Great social aspect
-Storyline
Many others, these are the larger points (I find).


What does Ed have that Aqw dont have
-Strategy
-Better PvP (Not necessarily dominated by the members)
-Smarter community. This is a big one, it's not full of 10 year old fools.
-Characters actually play a role in the result of the day.
-Better achievement system
-Better background story

@drian First off, ED has 1 trained coder and one apprentice coder. AQW most likely has several. You can't expect 2 coders to compete against several coders when it comes to speed and fixing bugs. Secondly, AQW has way more players on the average server then ED does. It takes me a long time to load my character and AQW often has extreme lag burps where everything you do does nothing to the monsters while they have no downsides to the lag. If you have no problems with AQW but you have problems with ED then something must be wrong on your end or you're trying to hang out in a largely crowded room. ED has much more complicated character designs compared to AQW which is the only reason I can see as to why you may have lag problems.

@reyes Do you realize how pointless it is to bot in ED? Extremely pointless seeing as you can't get past 10 battles without having to fill in a captcha.

AQW has
Story(ED is getting there), its got huge.... tracks of land, and lets not forget the really bad puns

ED has
PvP that is worth something(Im PTR that was good PvP current AQW PvP is pretty bad), Better graphics, a severe lack of really bad puns

And ED has umm what does ED have exactly?
