How many Adventure Points are needed to upgrade in Warp Force? Will 1000 do it?

(I forgot if thats the exact name, but its the things being awarded in the caption contest)

They're called Artix Points. 2000 will suffice for a WarpGuardianship, because you are a Guardian in AdventureQuest and get a 2000-point discount.

Also, you may want to use the =WF= Questions and Answers Thread (it's a WF question) or the Artix Entertainment General Discussion forum (it's an Artix Point question) for this sort of a question in the future.

WHOA so they cost 4,000? O_o

How much money is that? 40$?

ArchMagus Orodalf -> RE: Adventure points? (12/31/2011 22:31:33)

No, $10 is 2000 points (and $20 is 4000 points).

So, say hypothetically I had 1,000 points, could I pay 5$ more and upgrade?

Um. I don't believe you can buy 1000 points, so no. Try Earning 1000 Free Points instead.

If you absolutely want to buy 1000 points and if you live in the US, then you can use Rixty or Coinstar.

Actually, you can indeed buy an additional 1,000 points in any way. It doesn't have to be any specific payment method as stated above.

If you do not have enough points for the upgrade you want, simply select the upgrade you wish to buy, and as usual, click the "Buy" button. If you need 1,000 or less points (which seems to be the case here) you will get a page that looks similar to this. As you can see it tells you how many more points you need and that the lowest payment option possible is $5.00 USD for 1,000 points.

Again, as usual, select your payment method, pay for the points, they are added to your account and then it will take you to the usual page to confirm your upgrade transaction.

I've done it before myself with UltimatePoints, and told someone else in the AQWorlds Q&A how to do this a short time ago (he was using a pre-paid credit card if I recall correctly), so I know it definitely works.
