How do you make a signature?

i mean picture but like how do i Put words on a picture and stuff

There are various programs such as MSPaint and Gimp where you are able to edit and make a signature. If you're not too savvy with those programs, I would recommend going to the Artistic Requests Forum. I'm sure someone there will be able to help you.
