Nope, effects on Guns and auxes. Auxes only have the Frost bonus damage to Lowe I believe while guns also have the stun effect.

Correction:

There are 3 slots for "weapon specials". But I believe there should be 4.

1: Primary
2: Secondary
3: Auxiliary
4: Armor

because this could be a plausible set up:

1: Azrael's Bane (Curse of Azrael)
2: Stun Cannon (Stun Shot)
3: Frost_Cannon (Icy Chill)
4: Beast Rider E M (Frostbite Aura)

Ohhh, so literally it means it just displays what effects are there in your weapons.
