I am not trying to flame here but just to point out a few things I feel that I should say.
There are several things wrong with this game that causes players to leave it feeling unhappy and even ripped off which eventually leads them to quitting.
#1 Pay-to-win
This happens way too much. If the other side doesn't even have a chance there is no point of the competition in the first place.
#2 Nature of Pvp
This one is obvious. When doing actual pvp's there is only one side that wins and one side must always lose.
Although there are certain things to make a lose or win more deserving such as removing or reducing the effects/chance of weapon specials.
#3 Not worth the money
As you know, weapons get outdated just like that. Also, you spend a bunch of money on enhancements just to compete. Its gone just like that. They need to reduce enhancements and make more ways to spend varium.

What can be done to make this game fairer and funner for all?

NOTE: this is a continuation of this thread but it was locked due to people talking about forum policies, so let's stay to the game.

If this game wasn't so darn expensive, I reckon people would be more forgiving of all the mistakes and late releases.

But with the large amounts of money people pay, they most definitely have the right to hold the devs' feet to the fire.

We tend to have great expectations. I occasionally wonder where our money goes to sometimes, but I would say what was released recently is an improvement.

I would just like to point out that although spending money on this game seems like a waste, you don't have to spend much.

I used to spend lots of money on this game and most of it would dissipate fast, but I learned a few tricks and now I can stay pretty well on top by only spending about 50$ a year. First off, I now get my upgrades for free through super rewards. When I first saw them they seemed like to much trouble, but if you know how to do it right earning 10,000 artix points can be easy.

Look through all the ones that require spending and see what ones you (or your parents) would have bought anyways. This way you get lots of points for spending money you would have spent anyways. Next, you can easily do all the ones requiring downloads by simply removing the program right after downloading it. This gives you the points and you have a clean computer still. Last but not least, you can easily create a new email for doing ones that require an email address.

Once you have varium, the most important thing is how you spend it. Enhancements are not as good as they seem, so I suggest trying to use credits and never maxing an items enhancements. Also, spreading out the enhancements through out your gear saves costs rather than getting your enhancements all on one item.

Try to change your name and class only once, as this can eat up varium very fast. Finnaly, although your weapon may not be top of the line, a weapon can last up to 6 or more months while still allowing you easy wins. Heck, I see level 34s winning with beta weapons still.

If you do all of this and maybe spend one money on one upgrade, you can last a long time without spending more money and still be able to compete (dispite popular belief).

as far as i see it it is not a win if you have varium and full enhancements against a nonvarium that is why I will never pay/ spend my varium. If the other side is so far behind any one in their right mind knows its not really a win

I guess I'm just going to go out of all real battles like many have. ciao
