This may seem like a stupid question, but I've seen some posts with a horizontal line under them. This seems to seperate comments that are unrelated to each other. How does one make this line? Thanks in advance!

You use the page break function "hr" which is located after the "S" button and before the "quote" button when you hit reply. 
[hr]


Using that achieves the above result.
