if you are angry because someone annoys you, is it against the rules to send a scary mail? (scary link or etc.)

All forum rules extend to the PM System. Sending someone a shock link or some other PM intended to scare them that they don't want would be taken as harassment and would be punished accordingly. We have this thread in the Forum Rules and Resources section if you want to know how to resolve issues you have with another user.
