Uhmm, this got me confused after I realized this. The mission Negawraith gave requires 4 bribe money to receive a bribe money receipt. I thought that in order to get these bribe money, you have to defeat BigTuna, Charfade, Lawman and Habuki but what came out was you have to do their missions first to get the bribe money instead of challenging them. This game really needs a system that allows you to "keep" several quests in the quest log.

NegaWraith have a mission where u need 4 bribe money the first one can be found at tuna mission not saying more.

^it used to be 72, then in July it got nerfed to 68% I believe

There is a mission for 2000 Battle Tokens from exile guard near the exile leader!

Go to Admin 12, look at last mission, read the info, understand why Negawraith sucks, Lol at it.

I found ONE npc that counts as the kill but I'll give you a hint who is.

My brother is weak and puny
He sells stoopid weapons but I guard place
He is small but I am big
Wears puny blades but I have bigger weapon

Ok now go find him.

Both Marauder and Marauder Hulk count.... "I've marked several of my personal enemies" in the mission description I believe refers to the red paint/blood/rust on their weapons...

If the 2k token reward is an error, it might be corrected, and it could be adjusted on our token count. But if it is the correct amount, the token amount might be for something in the future, so don't spend it.
