This spell disappears if you un-equip the Blade. Power Level: CharacterLevel when Triggered (versus dragons, drakels, and dragonkin) against anything else CharacterLevel-5 (with a minimum of 0) MPLevel: Power Level Element: (Follows the element of your no-drop equipment) Cost: (38.1 + 2.3375MPLevel + 0.01125MPLevelMPLevel) MP (rounded normally) Hits: 1 Type: Magic Element: (Follows the element of your no-drop equipment) Damage: **Base: (0.00375PowLvl^2 + 0.5625PowLvl + 5.25) Base, rounded normally **Random: (2(0.0075PowLvl^2 + 1.125PowLvl + 10.5 - Base)) damage, rounded normally ***Stat: (100+6.6PowerLevel)%, rounded normally to the nearest % BTH: +(0.25PowLvl) (rounded down) See Appendix EFFECT If the spell hits and deals non-zero damage, then the monster may be poisoned(one round), as long as it's in Monster Category "dragon", "dragonkin", or "drakel". The monster takes +0 to its save it it's a dragon, or +20 otherwise. The Level of the poison is equal to the Draconic Blast's Power Level. The poison's power is equal to 2 (versus dragons) or 1 (versus anything else). Level: YourLevel vs MonsterLevel Major: YourINT vs MonsterEND Minor: YourLUK vs MonsterLUK TRIGGER Against dragons, your attacks deal 120% damage and become Void element (at half damage). Your attacks can also poison the monster. Against drakel and dragonkin, your attacks deal 105% damage and element-seek between Harm and (whatever your default element is). Your attacks can also poison the monster. Against anything else, your attacks deal 90% damage.
