I am not sure if we are allowed to make little clubs or whatnot here, groups whatever you'd like to call it, i think the debate team did it.

How about starting a G.S.A.?

Groups are started by the forum moderation, the Debate Club included. You could probably suggest other groups, though, and they could possibly be added if the moderation were to see that addition of said groups would be conducive to the forum.

What is a GSA in the context in which you are using it?

Gay Straight Alliance. :P

Ah. I don't think we can do that, since AE doesn't do support of political agendas, but there's a thread in OOC discussing the possibility of opening up various currently-banned topics of discussion, non-heterosexuality included.

The Debate Club was created in order for much tougher, more controversial items of interest to be debated and discussed. You have to apply to be in it.

That serves a very specific purpose and allows people who have proven to be mature and capable of speaking about hot button topics to discuss them and keep them out of the main OOC to prevent rule breaking in general.

Clubs/Clans that are created are game related and the requirements for such a a group is explained in the Clans/Clubs forum. The forums are supposed to remain neutral when it comes to social and political agendas, mediums, and programs. We allow discussion of issues, but representation of any group would go against that.
