Well last time i used a pre-paid card was in december at christmas on steam :/.... Vanilla mastercard only ask ZIP Code to register... I don't really know where those problem came from.... I will send a message to playspan just to make sure my transaction did make it.
Edit: Well i just saw thats on their pages PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept some pre-paid Visa/MasterCard/AMEX gift, credit, or debit cards. Some cards do not have the needed identifiable billing information (Name and Address) in order to process the card for payments. Pre-Paid Visa/MasterCard cards are designed for in-store purchases, and not for online payments.

Edit2: Well finally i did get my points. But look like i cannot make another payment to buy the 6000 Artix points to make the 10 000 i wanted today >.>.
Edit3: Ok now i feel like people think im dumb ... 6000 Points = 29,95 USD in CAD it worth 29,53 I got 29,64$ Left in my pre-paid card >.> well idk where the problem
