Lectrix -> Reaping the Rewards (3/3/2012 15:40:56)

There have been many recent Updates that have made it easier to gain Credits and Experience. I have seen many positive reactions to the release of Rusted/Broken Weapons in particular. With these changes, it is easier for lower Level players to adjust to the game, giving them a better chance to learn from potential mistakes. Higher Level players can now focus on obtaining Credits to Enhance Items, change Classes, or obtaining the Artillery Master Achievement -- goals that once seemed impossible without Varium. It is still a challenge to obtain Credits and Experience, but the element of stress is no longer present.

What are your thoughts on the current Reward systems?

Fay Beeee -> RE: Reaping the Rewards (3/3/2012 15:45:32)

Personally I think it is great. I have fought with and against some very good non-varium players. Every breath is a struggle. Anything that relaxes the pressure, has to be good.

Zeruphantom -> RE: Reaping the Rewards (3/3/2012 16:09:39)

Doing 2v2 within Power Hour gives insanely ridiculous (in a good way) rewards. Why I even won 185 credits from one of them :).
The reward systems are great, it allows not just varium players, but non varium players now can buy some of the higher costing items to make them just as powerful. Its an awesome addition to the game, and I hope it carries on through!

Oba -> RE: Reaping the Rewards (3/3/2012 16:09:57)

It is great!
Yet I want the sellback to be higher on the rusted/broken items (yes I am greedy! :3).

ND Mallet -> RE: Reaping the Rewards (3/3/2012 16:10:31)

From lvl 29 to 30 I managed to get the credits for the Hero's Heart Set. Upon buying it, I sold my old Primary weapon, fought a couple of battles, sold my old armor and bought Imperial Mage armor. So yes, the lower experience and higher credits is much better for everyone, especially non variums in need of enhancements on gear.

Mr. Black OP -> RE: Reaping the Rewards (3/3/2012 17:28:52)

I like it, the chance to win free 4200 credits (Rusted assault bot) or smaller prizes, and if you find something you wanted you can repair it which gives lower levels the chance for better higher level weapons at a really small price.
But, I hate the lower experience(if what ND said is true, haven't paid attention), I have 180K have buying both hero's heart weapons and I do not plan only replacing any of my weapons until something better in every stat and damage comes out that a weapon I have or until I reach 35-37 (When It comes outs).

TurkishIncubus -> RE: Reaping the Rewards (3/3/2012 17:32:35)

Personal rewards OK

Faction rewards NONE

we do faction war for nothing

Lady Blue -> RE: Reaping the Rewards (3/3/2012 17:55:11)

^
if they will make a faction reward i might be active again lol :)

and yeah i think they need to higher the broken weapon sell back to atleast 3000 credits so that the non varium players can also benefit from this

rej -> RE: Reaping the Rewards (3/3/2012 17:59:40)

I greatly enjoy the new reward system, however, it is difficult to gain credits due to the recent murder of Tactical Mercenaries.

Zeruphantom -> RE: Reaping the Rewards (3/3/2012 18:50:40)

^ yeah, Smoke + Artillery Strike was the whole point of my build. I have a support build, so what am I supposed to do with Field Commander!?
Cyber Hunters and Blood Mages are having a blast now in Power Hour :P.

nico0las -> RE: Reaping the Rewards (3/3/2012 19:03:24)

I haven't gotten a single speck of varium in three broken weapons and some 30 rusted weapons.
I welcome the free credits though.

Master K -> RE: Reaping the Rewards (3/3/2012 20:17:05)

Epicduel sounds like it has really turned...well, somewhat. It sounds like it's somewhat better.
The reward system sounds pretty cool...I might get back into this game.

rej -> RE: Reaping the Rewards (3/3/2012 20:20:59)

^ Great, it is always good to see players coming in to Epicduel, rather than leaving it. :)

One Winged Angel1357 -> RE: Reaping the Rewards (3/3/2012 20:23:13)

I haven't gotten many drops(five total since the system came to be) so the drop system isn't giving me a huge pay raise but the increased amount of credits on losses is

Dark A. Dragon -> RE: Reaping the Rewards (3/3/2012 20:23:36)

I agree With Fay Beee !!

OmilliYo -> RE: Reaping the Rewards (3/4/2012 1:06:32)

I love the new drop system, especially the rusty robot sell back price, since I use my robot only for stat repair, I might sell my varium one. 12k + is the most credits I got from the drop system.

RageSoul -> RE: Reaping the Rewards (3/4/2012 4:30:11)

Like it ! This makes me want to random 1v1 more than NPcing .

SouL Prisoner -> RE: Reaping the Rewards (3/4/2012 4:41:32)

Every one just noticed and welcomed the PvP drop , but know one realised that , after the Bot drop , the difficulty of the battles have "doubled" Debuff has lost its meaning (smoke and malf) even a noob of lvl 20-30 lvl has it . u guys dont play jugg , thats the reason u did not realise it .

every new development for 1v1 and 2v2 is turning into a curse for jugg . i seriously wonder "what testing the *testers are doing" ? PvP is good but no one bothered about the side effects .

Bots totally screwed up every thing . 80% FTW and such a high rate drop!!! i mean cmon....

i dont mind the weapons ,but the bot is "bull" . They really dont test ,how they should!!! i only see them testing 1v1 and what about 2vs1??? , told b4 telling it again ..
