Dicer -> Private Message Error Codes (3/5/2012 23:53:24)

I've looked around, and it seemed like this was this best place to put this question.
How do you know what a Private Messaging error code means, and how can you fix it/can it be fixed by a normal forum member?

I've repeatedly tried to send a message to a friend, and I've gotten the same message every time.
I know my inbox/sent box isn't full (it's around 60%) and while the message is long, it does not exceed the maximum 4900 character limit (which I have encountered in the past, so I know how it tells you you're over the limit).

It doesn't say my friend's inbox is full, it only gives this error after I hit "OK" to send the message:

ADODB.Command error '800a0d5d'
Application uses a value of the wrong type for the current operation.
/f/pmsend.asp, line 134

It looks like it's a coding error, but that doesn't really make sense to me, since I can't imagine why there would all of the sudden be a coding error in the forums.
I haven't seen any other threads about error messages, and searching has gotten me nowhere.
This has never happened to me before, and it's a bit confusing.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Dicer

Well I guess contacting a Forum mod would also be a good option as they would be able to define the error code for you.

It says "/f/pmsend.asp, line 134 " have you checked for any errors in line 134 of your Private Message?

A way to check if it's just your account with the bug or if it's the actual message which you're trying to send, is try to Forward it to another forum member and then ask him or her to try and send it as a test.

Hope that helped.

@Wind

Thanks for the idea, I sent a test PM that was completely new to the same person, and it worked.
However, it can't be line 134 of the previous PM, because the text in line 134 has changed each time I tried to send it.
I deleted some spaces and the total number of lines dropped, but it gave me the same error.

I guess I'll try messing around with it again, and if that doesn't work, asking a mod is next.
Thanks again for the help! ^_^
~Dicer

EDIT: It finally worked. I guess the extra blank lines I put in the PM made it go over the size limit, instead of the character limit.
I'll have to keep that in mind for future messages.
