Last event that was Valentine's event, some items were picked for the special event( Hero Heart's Set made by Reki), so I was thinking that mods get a special permission to make a thread for suggestions for each special event which would be fun since many will inspire and contribute a lot to community giving out concepts, flash designs and such.

There's no reason you can't use the existing EpicDuel Item/Weapon Suggestions thread for holiday themed items as well. In fact all the Heart Heart Day themed items came straight from that thread. Item suggestions for every holiday event are more than welcome, but the staff might not be able to do host a player suggestion shop for every event.

I can say that every suggestion in that thread gets looked over, even ones that can't be used for several months. Even if you submit a Halloween or Winter Themed item now, I guarantee you it won't get lost.
