If a deletion option is available, it should be in the same area where the reply button on your post is. Of course, some forums allow you to delete threads while others do not. Scroll all the way down on a forum and you will see a list of permissions on your bottom right, highlighting what you can and cannot do in said forum.

Just to add on to what The Game said.

If you wish for your thread, post or topic to be deleted, you can also edit your post and request a topic deletion. I'm sure that you may also PM a AK mod who has power over that forum section, to delete your thread/ post for you.
