I'd say Rage change, as Support does affect it in a way now, will happen when Support gets a buff which Staff has promised. Reason why it's not buffed up yet is probably fact we want classes to be balanced first, at least temporarily so others stand a chance, and then take care of Support.
And gangster, yes they say and don't do but from player's perspective you think they do nothing whole week until Friday or so? There's few side projects going on in the Team which just aren't told yet fully but we know them and they take time, coding new releases every week, new art, and so on - they work everyday, whether it's release or side projects.
Besides I don't see your opinions yet - why should Support builds be buffed? If it's to match Str-abuse, then dimnishing range will be added anyway at about 115+ so that'll take care of abusers. If buff to Support - I said above, just wait.
If you mean that Heal doesn't improve by Support, yes it's a pity and I'd love to at least see partially improve by Support - not fully but maybe every 6-8 Support points = 1 HP more - as we would get stronger; we rely on Aux mainly, TMs can do on DA to make up for damage somewhat but Mercs, BHs, and TLMs are left out.
