I find that it's more difficult for the fighters to win against the juggernaut. There's a reason why most juggernauts have a ton of wins in comparison to their losses (I've never seen anyone below a 50% W/L ratio). This by itself shows that the mode is currently imbalanced. One reason why it's so hard is that the majority of juggernauts are Varium. They're always above level 30, meaning that they currently have access to all of the weapons and armors in the game. As a level 29 player on his twelfth day of playing, I find that it's possible to beat a level 31 juggernaut, but it's near impossible to beat a level 32 or higher juggernaut. Why? Because they've had enough time to enhance everything! Enhancements are key and by this time, they usually have all of the best possible items (or near best - some have Tesla which is slightly weaker in comparison to frost reaper, beast rider, husk). Another reason why it's difficult to beat a juggernaut is that my teammate is often a non-Varium player, or is saving their credits/varium for better items when they reach level 30 and have access to everything. On another note, something that annoys me are players who are too cheap to spend any of their credits and have not purchased a single thing. I mean, why save up 70k credits, when it takes you much longer to earn that many credits (because of more losses due to lack of auxiliary or sidearm to kill an opponent at 3 or less health)? Anyways, juggernaut mode should be scaled... Like a level 31 juggernaut can be up against two level 29's or something like that, so that the fighters actually have a chance.
