^ so yeah i know that people dont wont focus or agilty to be removed so i was thinking how about replacing focus not sure what yet. agilty can stay beacuse it stops people having OP builds with 100 plus stats

How? It's your suggestion, and if Suggestion then wrong forum, again.. It's not a discussion and it requires numbers or some form of data to prove your point, then we can see your reasons.

Focus 5 is not OP. Enhancements make it OP for now. Once Credit sweep comes, they will be easier to afford for Free and maybe made cheaper, not Varium mainly. -.-

For future posts, Balance changes DO require numbers or at least good reasoning. This is base of suggestion, always.

What if instead of robot damage being based on focus, it just did your level of damage. So a level 34 would have there robot damage do normal damage but instead of adding 6 focus to it 34 would be added. I understand that focus was ment to ballance out builds, but 45 in each stat leaves little room to put elsewhere and generally these builds have almost no creativity.

I think the focus system is perfectly fine.


Its not oped, Robots can only be used once per three turns AND considering with as much enhancements there are now and wepons with +35 damage AND the fact support doesnt improve heal, IT means alot of balanced builds actuly turn to strength for damage, while STR builds turn to extreme abuse...

Some tanks turn to focus for damage but it is no way near as powerful as it once was simply because the builds around them have become ALOT more powerful while focus robot dmagae has stayed basically the same.

Now average strength hits hit almost the same as a person with 5 focus yet one of these staretgies can be done every turn and donsnt need to waste points on suppport simply for crit defence and starting chance.

Good point ha ha. Maybe the base damage would not improve with tech so much.

Focus works perfectly as it is. I don't see a purpose in changing it.

Focus is a good stat no doubt, but is much more difficult for staff workers to manage balance-wise when it is victim to changes that affect Strength, Dexterity, Technology, and Support.

Not much of a balance move, but having Focus be the fifth stat will be a reason for the code monkeys to have an easier time time adjusting changes to PvP.

No. Focus is such an integrated part of the game, that removing it would once again destroy balance. Better to leave it alone.

Keep it, but do not have Focus depend on the 4 stats. Allows more creativity while less on agility.

If the skill tree was expanded to include bots, it would provide more game balance.

Focus is a older system to reward players who played balanced. This also included the focus bonus damage on all skills too. Now focus damage from bots is not as useful compared to the de-buff utility bots.

If the bots required skill points to use, players would have to use strategy when using them instead of them providing a major advantage within game with only a single turn to use.

Nice idea Jzaanu, I like the concept of new skills + determining the robot special by selected skills or a revised Focus.

@gangster a Why do you put so many suggestions on the general discussion threads? You've saturated so much of the general discussion with suggestions; what's the point of the sections if you have no plans of utilizing them? I remember you saying that the suggestion thread doesn't receive any attention, but that's not true. Moderators such as Cinderella have stated that they read each suggestion and if they believe your suggestion is feasible and effective for solving current problems they may implement it. Meanwhile, if there ought to be discussion, the discussion can occur through PMs.
