How do we make the yellow-human shaped links ( at the bottom ) or the Pm quote link? [ if possible ]

and the boundary line that looks like :

You cannot make those links, they show up based on what you fill in on your profile.

And do you mean this?

If so use

You know if you just want to put it in your signature, you can always screenshot it and upload it. I remember I did once, so Ill link it to your AQW character as an example:
