So now they could return technician back to the Blood mage so we could boost tech to get the power out of the plasma cannon at lower levels since we need 136 (36-44) Dex and still need super high tech to get anything from the Plasma Cannon. No class should be limited to one use skill class when the blood mage has no real energy return 15% at any level is a joke compared to reroute and static charge. With this change the Blood Mage becomes less unique then before now you can call them the Blood Hunter Mage Class. I decided to test it out with Dex at 136 (36-44) +9 +1 a merc was able to get 44 critical Damage with Bunker Buster, so mercs are not as weak and was never as weak as players claimed they were it was a trick to get the mercs a new skill so now with that new skill they could get above normal damage with aux at low support with the 40+ damage, with players having high dex, with Bunker Buster. So now the Blood Mage will have to have very high dex with low tech to use the Plasma Rain thus making them weak against energy attacks not helping out against the high dex malfunction multi builds or their tank builds. The real abusive builds are coming from the the players everyone calls founders and the ones from that started in Beta, now Beta Bazooka (Level 25) gets 34 damage so a level 25 aux with no requirements and 10 enhancements gets more damage points than a level 30 and up Aux. With the boost in damage I have seen more players with beta weapons then ever before I saw a Level 31 BH with nothing but Beta having high health high energy and very high dex. So staff you keep saying weapons will get requirements but here again catering to players that have beta and alpha weapons that don't support the game anymore, look at those players inventories, getting bigger damage on their weapons that has no requirements and got 10 enhancements on all those equipment from the past that was created before enhancements. Maybe they should make Plasma cannon improve with dex as well. So as always the change to one class affected the Blood Mage and how will Plasma rain Improve with Dex will it still start at 28 or was it lowered. The very thing that attracted players to the Blood Mage, the Plasma Cannon, not the fire ball or berzerker, is now a useless skill to a Plasma Rain Blood Mage so now the Blood Mage has three skills that rely on high dex and one that relies on high tech we have something that improves Dex but nothing to improve tech.
