So heres the deal, i forgot my password on my account . Its not linked to my email, and it had varium on it. Is there anyway i can get my awesome account back?

I would start by editing your account name out of the post.

Is that your ingame account or your master account because if it is your master account that is not a wise thing to share

In your first post on this you have your account name. Go to the post. Click edit. Top right. And delete it.

Also you will need proof that the account is yours. Example when you first bout it, you received an email confirming. Any stuff like that enclose in the email you send them.

you said your account was called (x). edit it out, because if people know what your login name is, and that you don't have the pass, they might try getting it from the help team instead of you

@Woodewoodlee ok then it is fine to keep. Sometimes people post their Master account names when they need help which just gets them into more trouble but since it is your IGN it is fine.

Most every form of account recovery requires email but if you can come up with a proof of payment on that account(Artix Entertainment Upgrade card used on that account or the email you get when you add points to your account) you might be able to get a hold of your account again. But without the email attached to that account it may be tricky to get your account password reset.

I havent played epicduel in ages, which is why i forgot it.
I only remember the name

I did some offers, got enough for varium, and got it. But then i didnt log in epicduel in a while, so i forgot the pass

Tell the help team which offers you had completed and when these offers and the purchase took place.

I also have another account lvl 26, and is almost as powerful as my lost account. I could just use that one instead and level it up to lvl 29, right? I could have just done that

Just to add:

  • Character name:
  • Class:
  • Artix Login:
  • Email:
    (Don't post these information in any forums or give them out to Non- AE Team).
    Tell them what you want with that account or character.
    Your EpicDuel account is the same as your Master account.
    You can create at maximum of 6 characters with your EpicDuel account.
    If you forgot your Artix Login and/or Email, the Devs can find out by checking your IP address
    if you're the owner of that account or character unless that IP address is not yours.
    Don't expect too much that you will get a reply or it will be solved in short time, just be patient.
  • If you don't get a reply more than 2 weeks, you can [image]http://forums2.battleon.com/f/image/pm.gif[/image] Ashari and Cinderalla again. So on... Good luck. :)
