Does it cost money to be able to create a wiki page? I'm asking because I just created an account because I wanted to be able to make pages and edit them if I find something wrong or if it doesn't exist, but when I want to try to make a page it says:

"Sorry, you can not create a new page in this category. Only members of this site, site administrators and perhaps selected moderators are allowed to do it."

When I tried something it says that I have to pay $49.94 or $4 /month. Am I doing something wrong?

To join the site and make pages, you do not need to pay anything. You may have found an ad or something.
Just go here and where it says password, type in AQWWIKI.

One more question. How do you add member tags onto an item page?

On the top right of the page, 3rd from the left click on 'Tags' and type in member on the box (doesn't need to remove other tags already placed).

Just to add, make sure the page has [[include image-tags]] before adding the member tag. You can check by clicking "Edit" at the bottom of the page, next to "Tags"; it should be at the top of the page. If it doesn't, make sure to add it before adding the member tag.
