What do you think of the builds now and the builds back in gamma and beta.

I personally don't think there much different because they are all str and hp like BH and Bm (So OP blood mages). so yeah what do you think

I agree with the little change, but back in beta there were Field Medic high dex and strength mercenaries, battle mage heal looping tech mages and high hp dex and strength bounties.

With the release of the +5 damage from 5 focus the game saw a lot of tanks, including Support/Tech +5 mercs that worked really well, given enhancements, healing was nerfed so there were High heal mages etc, and Mercenaries became strength tanks or +5 tanks, whereas bounties adapted to +5 builds and the same fast win builds with different equipment.

Well, there is a huge difference between the early stages of game and late ones, every time i check out my old pics when i used to be a merc, with high tech and max bunker buster and 95hp or 85hp with max multi and high support or str merc with high maul and berzerker (loved that build), all these builds are gone, now those builds are used buy lowbies or newbies, so by adding new 3 classes, immediately new builds showed with more complicated playing styles, such as spam builds, very high sup(nerfed lately) and maybe high str TLM build, maybe it's a development to the best, but maintenance and balance of those builds, most be always, because there always new weapons, ideas maybe skill, so i hope the balance team get developed also along with the builds... /Cheers for the balance O' fail tracker...

Im one of the first players....an early alpha.....There is soooo much change...back then it used to be about creativity. and luck. all builds could work =) and High of one stat worked too. but now with varium...everything is just OP and complicated. Thats why i have quit, and why 98% of alphas quit

I had this amazing build with max Stun nade and max multi shot with 100 dex...god i owned everyone lol. =P i was one of the best in my day.

I remember watching a video showing off the extremely OP Super Charge! When it was OP was when it did 3 hits and was influenced by EP!


Having 170 EP destroyed any build! :)

I loved the days of 100+ stats if that would be tech support str or dex so fun.

I loved when I was level 25 and full beta and fought level 21 non-variums every battle.

I have only been playing ED maybe a little over a year, other than the
first time I logged in and my smoke was gone as a TLM. LOL I was hot
when I saw that it was one of the reason I became a TLM other than that
I did run across a chracter that did have something like 156 on his Technology.

ya no balance. strenth builds not even need to look in enemy skill tree. lol
just smoke atak atak masacre or fireball gun blugeoin fire ball. no brain needed. lol

I was such a noob back then... ;( i couldnt win no matter how decent my build because of poor equipment...when i got pro, it was mid-gamma and then the game seemed to be OK
