Is it just me or is that there have been a lot more blocks today.
Every battle the block me twice every battle seriously

You have 78 dex in your build right? Of course you get blocked compared to the builds players use today.

I have 60 dex and dont get blocked That much it happens a lot but not more than i would expect so with such low dex

Imagine having 3-4 times the dex of your enemy and celtic cleaver ans still being blocked.

This is not the first post about blocks and it won't be the last.
To my knowledge the staff didn't do anything with the mechanics of blocking, you are most likely experiencing bad luck.

thats funny beacuse they block me all the time but i have 130 plus dex and cybers can still strike me the block chance has decreased if you have more dex i think .

^I don't know if it's true but the max block chance is 40%

You are just experiencing bad luck.

What is funny is that we see at least one thread per weak complaining about bad luck with block, deflecs, crits. But we never see any thread about people saying they have too much luck.

We all, at some poin't experienced a very bad luck streak. Logically we should experience very lucky streak also.

Is that the case?

^ no one can have too much luck or the game would be critted,blocked,deflected constantly and i dont seem to be doing that often so would this be from your experience?

Your saying you get block "all the time". If in fact you do, somebody is very lucky on the other hand.

It is a simple very thing to understand. People tend to remember negative issues more than positive.

NPCs shouldn't be "Free Wins" or "Easy Wins".

And as I see it, the people with less Dexterity, block more than the ones with High-Dex build.

You're just going through bad luck time. I block sometimes, and get blocked. All based on luck.

Yes it does seem that lower dex is blocking and higher dex dosent

day before update, my 29-30 BM was getting annihilated by Capensis and Brachylagus.
day after update, my 29-30 BM was annihilating Capensis and Brachylagus.

the difference?

I now block most of their attacks. same char, same build, same gear.

so yeah say whatever you want, the difference is HUGE and very consistent.
also many players, comicalbiker included, have stated that Armour Hazard is now incredibly hard because he blocks a lot more since that same update.

I leave for 6+ months and come back because im bored waiting for a video to upload, and people still complain about blocks...

@ajs People will always complain about blocks because they don't like losing, especially to lower level players.

A block should never exist if you have a higher dex than your opponent.

Thats true ND I dont like losing to lower levels. Just today I lost to a lvl 30 because he blocked me twice in a row like seriously that shouldnt be happing especially because he only had 45 dex in his build
