To elaborate on the process: upload your image to a hosting site (Tinypic works, or you could try Photobucket or imgur). Then, copy its URL. In Chrome, right-click on the image-> "Copy image URL", in Firefox, "Copy image location", and so forth for other browsers). Paste it in the Signature field, and place [image][/image] tags around it. For example, the following gives my signature (attached to this post): [image]http://i.imgur.com/mFsgs.jpg[/image] To insert a link, enclose the formatting for the image in link tags:[link=http://link here][image]URL here[/image][/link] Example here. My signature now links to Google. [link=http://google.com][image]http://i.imgur.com/mFsgs.jpg[/image][/link] [image]http://i.imgur.com/mFsgs.jpg[/image] This is covered, by the way, in the Detailed Sig Guide, if you want to give it a read. I believe the "PGD code" button above the Signature edit field is meant to lead you to preset buttons so you don't have to type in code yourself. I'm not so sure, though, since I've never actually seen what lies beyond. It's been broken since forever, so I wouldn't worry about it.
