the guy I'm trying to send a PM to has a full inbox. He's asked to make a sig for him, but I can't do it because I'm too busy at the moment. Any other way I could reach him?

Nope, the only way to talk to him is to post on the thread he is posting, you'll have to wait 'till he delete his messages.

If you have a sig shop thread you can post the info there. Else it's the user responsibility to make room in his inbox if he wants to get replies.

Once a user has no space for Inbox and got it to 100%, he will not be able to receive Inbox and won't be able to send PM's.
This also occurs when the User is not allowing Pm's.
Try to PM him next time when he is active, I am sure he will delete his messages.

The guy in particular is Soulweaver Zard. Maybe he'll see this and hopefully delete the messages.
