there are many stat abusers out there, so i propose that, high strength, lower hit chance, high dex,lower strength,high tech, raise energy output on stats, as in raise a percent of energy needed, and support has already been nered enough, so thats mayb adding a bonus of 2%-5% to deflect for people with build having a focus of 3 or above

First off, no double posting.
Second, there are stats, there is going to be the "abusers", just deal with it. They're not going to implement all of this, it would ruin it for us non-abusers. Just lose or try to win and you might get lucky.

No, because for us who have like 40 +30 strength, having that lower hit chance and stuff would ruin it for us, making us even weaker then usual. Just deal with the abusers, their not going to add this.

I didnt say the exact percents, in bot sure what more people could agree on, but i think that hitting should lower after 20-24,87 strength, pljs the tech thing will help with the supercharge builds, and dual bunker surgical strike
