right now a flag gives 150 influence.
but considering the cost (100 tokens per hour tax) thats a bit low.

at this point, with the cost by reward scale, flags aren't worth it.
unless flags get a boost in hourly influence its pointless to even try.

its 3600 daily influence for 2400 tokens.

when the old system was 4800 influence for 1200 token,

see the issue here?

the price for flags increased, and the rewards decreased.

would increasing the amount of influence be a viable option?

say perhaps 300 influence per hourly flag capture?
in 24 hours, 1 faction gets 7200 influence, for 2400 tokens.
compared to the old system, its still less influence by tokens. but its atleast worth having a flag. since 2400 tokens daily, is alot.

That doesn't mean it should be higher, perhaps it was too high before. Not supported.
Also if it's pointless to try, does that mean you're giving up on 200K Tokens in a flag? Since you find Tax too high and Influence too low thus giving younger factions a chance which is competition, thus keeping it the wsy it is now is great! :D

trans
can u stop thinking this is just about CAD?

150 influence an hour is like 30 wins in 1 vs 1. or 10 wins in team or jugger.
when back then, the amount of influence u would get hourly equaled 40 wins.

flags wouldn't be worth it anymore because a faction can just save the outrages 2400 tokens daily, and just do an extra
720 wins in 1 vs 1 daily,
or 240 in team and jugger.

to compensate for the influence they would have gotten taking a flag.
except now they aren't wasting 2400 tokens daily, and can use tokens for other stuff.
