yeah, the first time i did that, i was testing a new experimental build.
everyone was using str at the time.
in the build i used, str was only the 3rd highest stat. it was basically built to counter str TLMs, and support tlms at the time (u know, back when support was decent)
i wouldn't go as far as calling it OP, because it involved alot of strategy. but, it was the only build that would allow me to overcome several luck factors thrown in my way. despite having the larger dex all the time against other tlms, i would still get blocked 2-3 times on average.
the build however was designed for high % wins. so the average speed of wins per hour was barely 30 at best.

it was a tank build.
bunker buster.
i used physical armor and alot of tech.
the energy i had set up, allowed me to use bunker buster twice, or bunker buster and a max heal (which would heal for like 60 something at the time). the build was good at resisting artillery strikes, it would make most support mercs with like 120 support hit 20s with their artillery. and with the high tech, it was pretty good.
