An idea just popped into my head: internal advertising. There could be links in popular areas of the Forums that take you to some areas that are not visited as often and by as many people. One example would be The Cafe and maybe the AQW Q&A. Or, they could be moved to the top of the homeostasis the popular parts to the bottom. That way, they could be visited more often by more people.
