When was the Ae forums created? And by who? Who was the first non game developers of this forum? getting curious...

This is the second version of this forum, the first account ( that you can see) was created on 9/7/2004 so that is most likely to my knowledge the creation date of this forum or at least the opening for it for public use. The second account that you can see is Captain Rhubarb so he is mostly likely the one responsible for the creation of this forum. The first non developer on this forum to my knowledge was http://forums2.battleon.com/f/showProfile.asp?memid=4 since he does not appear in the Staff legends page.

Clay was on the team for some time. I believe Shadows was the earliest account that was never a staff member, volunteer or otherwise.

^This. Clay used to be on the Staff list.

The earliest account is a tricky one... The first players on the new forums were those that tested it before it went live. Ozzie was one, Psycho was another, but I do not know if either were first. At best, someone that was staff at that time would have to be asked who was the first player tester.

And yes, Captain Rhubarb created this iteration of the forums and likely the old one as well. The old forum pretty much followed AQ's release in 2002 if I am not mistaken. It was at the very least most certainly there in 2003.
