I think the factions should have a new rank called *Super Officer* so it would be Members-Officers-Super Officers-Founder.
Super officers can have the power to change there Own and Officers (But not other Super Officers) Titles And Able to make members into Officers And Demote Officers to member but still not allowed to delete anyone from the faction the founder can only delete/kick people. please reply if u think this is a good idea.

I like the idea, but I think that the founder should be able to give officers certain abilities individually, like the ability to change other officers titles, or their own title, or demote people, etc. There could be a button next to the demote/promote button that lets you give the officers these abilities.
