How do you add links on your siggys?
I mean it like,when you click the siggy,theres a link. How do you do that?

All you need to do is add the [link] tags around the image, then paste the desired website url in the < >.
For example, your siggy code would be like this: 
[link=<url>][image]http://aqworlds.pl/AlphaGen/sig,Pixel,Obsiidianz,black.png[/image][/link]

Just to add up, the Detailed Sig Guide should help you as well.
Also, to make sure that your signature is perfect for the size limit, you should test it on Signature and Avatar Testing section.
